Caya Solutions did not begin in a boardroom; it began with a fundamental belief that technical precision and commercial integrity must be inseparable.
Our founder’s journey started with the core values of accountability and discipline learned in a family-run market store—principles that would later become the "self-policing" standard for every project we undertake. This foundation evolved through a 19-year career spanning the international maritime industry and the Philippine power generation sector.
After a decade managing electrical systems on international vessels and another nine years leading operations and technical procurement for some of the region’s largest renewable energy and base-load power facilities, a clear market gap was identified. We witnessed first-hand how the "Technical-Commercial Disconnect"—the gap between engineering requirements and contractual governance—led to millions in preventable losses.
Caya Solutions was founded in early 2026 to bridge that gap.
We transitioned from corporate leadership to independent advisory with a single mission: to provide the energy and industrial sectors with the specialized oversight required to stabilize operations and secure financial performance. Today, Caya Solutions stands as a testament to the idea that when you apply an engineer’s rigor to a company’s supply chain, the result is more than just savings—it is a foundation for sustainable growth.
